We are "ServSafe" certified food handlers as well as inspected by the health department so you know your food will be prepared and handled with high hygiene standards.

Frozen? Re-heated? Not with us!! Freshness, flavor, and quality are our priority. All of our meats are freshly cut the day of your event at our meat market (La Altena Meat & Produce). Salsas, condiments, rice, and beans are all freshly prepared for every event in our food truck (La Altena Mexican Grill). Taste the difference!

Catering Package Prices:

Taco Package

Steak, chicken, Al Pastor, Rice and beans, Onion and cilantro, Lemons, Grilled veggies, Grilled jalapenos, 2 types of salsas, corn tortillas, chips, Plates, Napkins and Utensils. 1-40 guest events are served for 1.5 hours. Events of 41 guests and over are served for 2 hours. Setup and clean up time are done on our own time; they do not cut into your serving time. It is unlimited service. You and your guests may enjoy as many tacos as you would like. Remaining food is left for you to enjoy later.

Fajita Packages

Our Fresh and delicious fajita packages include both chicken and steak fajitas, rice and beans, a green salad with croutons and a variety of salad dressings on the side, your choice of gluten free corn tortillas, flour tortillas, or half corn and half flour tortillas. In addition, we will provide tortilla chips, guacamole dip (spicy or mild), sour cream, mild green salsa, spicy red salsa, grilled jalapenos, lime wedges, plates, napkins, and utensils.
